Service Flow Overview

The Alleviate services work together in a pipeline to process applicants from initial credit check through enrollment:

1. Credit Reporting

Pull and normalize credit reports from various bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, Array)

2. Lead Eligibility

Evaluate applicant eligibility and determine which debts qualify for the program

3. Offer Generation

Calculate payment plans and generate enrollment offers based on qualified debts

4. Lead Enrollment

Create the enrollment in the CRM system (Forth) with all applicant data
